Rules of the air tickets reservation
General regulations
- The air tickets reservation is fulfilled by the managers of our company. Variants of connections and prices are sent to the e-mail mentioned by You.
- The reservation of the air tickets is possible for the flights of all international and Ukrainian airlines.
- The advance booking, issuance and return of the air tickets is made strictly accordingly to the rules which are set by the airlines.
- The prices mentioned are valid at the moment of reservation and may change, depending on the fluctuations of the currency rate and tariffs' terms.
Penalty provisions.
- When cancelling the advance booking till the issuing of the air tickets, no penalty provisions are applied.
- The penalty provisions are applied accordingly to the rules of the carrier and exclusively after the issuing of the air tickets.
We recommend: before paying for the ticket to make a detailed acquaintance with the terms of its returning and making any changes.
- 1. State the type of flight: Round Trip or One Way or Multiple Destinations. When booking the one way flight the price for the air ticket may be much higher than booking the Round Trip ticket.
- State Your preference terms: Price (if You need the most economy variant) or timetable (if the convenient connections and time of arrival/departure is necessary).
- Choose the point of departure (From) and the destination (To). If as the result You receive the answer: Found several correspondent notes. Choose the most precise correspondence; You need then to specify the airport or city of the departure/arrival. For this choose the right from the list offered.
- State the dates of trip. Date of departure and date of return. Also You may mark Your preferences to the time of departure and return.
- State the number of passengers of the certain category in the section Travellers,

- Choose the tariff type, Your preference of the airline, Only this airlines and the maximum amount of boardings (choose 0, if interested only in non-stop flights) and press SEARCH.
- Choose among the variants offered by the system, the most appropriate to You (mark the necessary flights and press CHOOSE).
- Mind the final price of the transportation subject to all fees and the section Buying terms (the rules of tariffs applying, terms of return and exchange) and go to the link Traveller's information.
- State the traveller's details: name, surname (in Latin, accordingly to the international passport) and the contact details: (tel. and e-mail are compulsory). Press: BUY.
- Confirm You agree with the tariff rules and the terms of payment and press CONFIRM THE FLIGHT.
- Save Your booking number, by which You may see Your flight details anytime.
- Reservation details and the price will be sent to the e-mail You've stated in the contact details.
IMPORTANT: Price of the air ticket stated by the reservation system will be valid till 24 Hours only in case You've made the reservation by our site. If there was no reservation made for the concrete person, the price of the flight variant chose by You may change.
The reservation file is created in our system automatically and is transferred to the further airline tickets issuing. After finishing of the reservation our agent will contact You to specify the payment form and convenient time for tickets' delivery.
Reservation online gives the opportunity to book tickets 24H a day, 7 days a week. All actions held by the airlines, are available when booking online.
You may fulfill the payment for the air tickets by the credit card (VISA, Mastercard), by cash or by account only in our agency office situated at 5, Bolshaya Morskaya Str., Sevastopol
