Developing in pace with the global tendencies of confrontation to non-ethical principles and corruption in business relationship and activities, Black Sea General Shipping Agency "Inflot" has worked out "The Code of Conduct of BSGSA "Inflot"". This manual outlines the main principles and rules of ethical behaviour of company's employees. It provides both the description of company's philosophy and the regulations serving as a framework for employees in their daily activities (e.g. how to behave in case of encountering a request or an offer of a bribe, a gift, a hospitality etc). .
The Code is compiled in accordance with the fresh developments in this sphere and provides an essence of our vision and mission with regard to the global problems in human relations.
