Yuzhny Merchant Sea Port is located in Adjalyskiy Liman (estuary) in the north-eastern part of the Black Sea. Entrance channel from the sea to the port is 2 miles length and 15 m depth.
The port is specialized in throughput handling of bulk, chemical, ore and general cargoes. The port mostly operates with the following cargoes: coal, metal, urea, building materials, ammonia, super phosphoric acid, methanol, phosphorus grain and oil.
Facilities
Port has 8 berths with the total length about 3 km and permissible draft 12.1 - 15 m.
